Our client  is the Termak company. It is a subsidiary of Yarmak, one of the largest house building companies in Moscow and Moscow region.
Termak builds barnhouse-style houses from its own unique material, so the houses are 30−40% more expensive than the market.
The company already had a website created by the company’s team. It did not produce the desired results and had an unattractive design with a large number of errors. The company’s marketing specialists tried to solve the problem by creating a list of corrections, but due to the inexperience of the designer, more and more errors appeared.
The main request of the client is to increase the number of targeted applications from the website.

Conducted a study

In order to sell a product for more than 30% more expensive than competitors, it is necessary to convey its value through the site, to highlight the most important benefits of this product for the target audience.
To understand what needs to be covered on the site first, we:
1. Created a portrait of the target audience
2. Analyzed reviews of competitors
3. Analyzed competitors in different price segments.
Based on the research we prepared questions for the company’s marketer to reveal the uniqueness of the product and service as best as possible.

Based on the data and answers we received, we created a prototype, wrote the sales texts ourselves, and disclosed the advantages. Each thesis and argument was supported by figures and facts to make the site look as convincing as possible.

Distinguish the company from competitors through design

Before creating the design, we analyzed the design of websites of different price segments and agreed with the client on the most effective design concept in the corporate colors of the brand.
We added colorful 3D images to attract attention. We filled the whole site with large renderings of houses and interiors to show the product in all its glory.
